Chris Le
Sales Executive
Engaging, enthusiastic, hard-working and marketing-oriented, Chris has built an exceptional track record of sales throughout Melbourne Metropolitan over the last decade.
Coming to Australia from a small village in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam when he was 17, Chris worked his way through Trinity College at The University of Melbourne. After earning an academic scholarship to study at the prestigious Queen’s School of Business in Canada, and then completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree at The University of Melbourne, Chris drew on his outstanding marketing and communication skills to carve out a successful career in the residential property sector. And it is this academic background, combined with his keen interest in helping people and skill at uncovering the key selling points of each home that has underpinned his success in delivering unparalleled results for his clients.
"Real Estate should not be transactional, it is personal. My work philosophy is to help people move into new chapters of their lives in the most enjoyable way possible.”
Chris recognises that every client and each campaign is unique and he works to develop specific marketing strategies for each property. “In Real Estate,” he explains, “there is no such thing as a magic formula, it’s hard work and being dedicated 100% to every single client."
What also provide Chris with a competitive advantage in this challenging industry are his further experience and extensive knowledge of construction, knockdown-rebuild, multi-unit development and home renovation. Being an owner-builder who delivered a renovation project that was highly featured by The Age and The Herald Sun, as well as having worked with Australia's largest home builder for several years, Chris' ability to assist his clients with all property-related matters is indeed valuable.
Worldly travelled through 6 continents and 36 countries at such a young age, together with his passion for photography, history and period architectures, Chris enjoys his personal time to explore more of the world as the years to come.
