Leaving his mother in Peru to join his father in Australia at the ripe age of 13, Alejandro faced challenges well beyond his years that have given him the confidence and maturity to interact with people from every walk of life. A key skill he now employs every day in his professional life as he listens to buyers, discusses strategies with clients and negotiates excellent outcomes.

Selected by the Australian Navy as a Cryptological Linguist, Alejandro understands the power of self-discipline and process whilst his fluencies in English and Spanish and his knowledge of Portuguese and Italian give him a tremendous communication advantage and appreciation of the needs of different cultures.

Bringing his solid commitment, superior communication and strong customer service skills honed from years in retail management, Alejandro has built a successful real estate career over the last five years, winning awards as a novice auctioneer and for his dedicated customer service and inspired marketing strategies. He takes great pride in his ability to make clients feel comfortable on what can be an intimidating and stressful journey or streamline the process for those with more experience.
